Because our quality control standards are high, our warehouse staff are among the best in the business. Our goal is to always be looking for ways we can improve the services we provide. We want you, our valued customer, to be happy.
PAY AS YOU GO ACCOUNTS
Attention! The United States Post Office will NOT deliver letter mail/correspondence to these accounts.

Notification Membership Account
This is a very popular option with NO set up fees nor Annual fee. This membership account includes your own private inventory page to keep track of your packages that are awaiting pick up and also aids in being prepared with the receipts needed to cross the border back into Canada. You receive an email notification within moments of us entering your incoming package into our state of the art inventory control system.
4 weeks of storage are included:

$3.00 Small padded envelopes, small clothing bags, books, and envelopes under 1 pounds

$4.00 small boxes, soft clothing bags and tubes under 2 pounds.

$5.00 items weighing up to 50 pounds and sized up to 20 inches per side.
Additional 50 pound increments and non-shelvable items are $2.50 extra.
Extra weeks of holding time are charged half of the original fee additionally.
Packages left for over 3 months with no correspondence will become property of The Mailbox and will be liquidated accordingly.
